As a result of a technical malfunction resulting in an inconsistent user experience across our SHARE product fleet, we are temporarily halting the operation of SHARE vehicles to address this issue and make improvements to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all drivers. To address this issue all Share vehicles are presently unavailable for booking until such time as the vehicles are back in operation throughout the downtown and soon the greater Vancouver area. All current bookings have been terminated.

In addition to addressing this technical issue we will also be implementing a number of operational efficiencies to improvement responsiveness, booking cancellations, and notifications. We thank all of our customers for the patronage and we look forward to supporting your occasional vehicle needs with an improved SHARE product very soon.
